SDC to Expand to Greater Boston Area in 2017
As a valued member of the SDC network, we wanted to provide you with an initial preview of the exciting news that SDC will be expanding to an additional office location in the Greater Boston Area in early 2017.
This expansion is driven by our continued growth and high demand for our services. SDC's new office will be located in Waltham, MA. Additional information will be shared in a press release once the new location is open for business.

Chandra Wooten joined SDC as Senior Clinical Data Manager in April 2013. With over 20 years of data management experience and demonstrated leadership, shewas promoted in March 2016 to her current position of Manager, Clinical Data Analysts.
Chandra's experience spans across a wide range of therapeutic areas including, but not limited to: anti-viral/anti-infective, cardiovascular, gastroenterology, immunology, medical devices, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, psychiatry, and respiratory. Her role is to oversee day-to-day Clinical Data Analyst activities and support the overall needs of the Data Management department, ensuring projects are resourced appropriately and timelines are met on time and on budget.
Prior to joining SDC, Chandra held data management and research positions at Gilead Sciences in Seattle, WA and McGhan Medical Corporation in Santa Barbara, CA and for several years provided data management support to companies such as Quintiles, Chiron and Immunex while working as a contract DM for ASG, Inc. in Raleigh, NC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM).
An active member of the Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM), Chandra was SCDM's Chair of the Editorial Board from 2007 to 2012 and a co-editor of Data Basics and Data Connections publications from 2004 to 2015. She was also an invited speaker at the SCDM 2013 Annual Conference where she presented "How to Be a Top-Notch Data Manager." In addition to her involvement with SCDM, she was a CDASH Core Team Member for the User Guide Development Sub-Group from 2008 to 2010 and is an active member of the Drug Information Association (DIA).
Chandra is based in SDC's headquarter office in Tempe, AZ. In her free time she enjoys hiking, trying out new plant-based food recipes, snorkeling and international travel. She can often be found attending World Music concerts and festivals and spending time with friends and family.
